Lisa also provides regulatory experience to the field of data privacy and cybersecurity, as well as extensive project management skills. Her practice encompasses matters of environmental compliance including state pre-closing property transfer requirements, cost recovery litigation, permitting (including hazardous waste), property and Brownfields development and redevelopment, property transfer litigation, energy and related issues, OSHA issues, auditing, hazardous waste licensing, and the public relations aspects of environmental law. Lisa is typically called into international and national transactions by major law firms to help close transactions that would otherwise be impeded by New Jersey environmental laws.
She works closely with developers to facilitate the sale and purchase of contaminated properties.
